D&M Leasing – Internal Fleet Sales

 

D&M Leasing is seeking a driven and experienced automotive professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·          Maintain and manage accurate inventory records

·          Ensure all vehicles are detailed and delivery-ready

·          Verify vehicles are properly equipped with license plates

·          Track and reconcile agent and manager mini commissions

·          Coordinate and secure dealer trades

·          Conduct and manage customer satisfaction surveys

·          Enrolling customers in dealer-connected services

 

Preferred candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience

·          Strong communication skills

·          Highly organized with attention to detail

·          Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management

·          Experience with CDK

·          Prior automotive sales or finance experience

·          Background with Toyota or Nissan

 

 

Qualifications:

·          High school diploma or equivalent.

·          Valid in-state driver’s license.

·          Strong verbal and written communication.

 

Hours:

·          Monday – Friday: 8:30- 6 pm

·          Every other Saturday: 9- 2 pm
