What You’ll Do:

• Help customers find the perfect new or used vehicle

• Build lasting relationships and generate repeat/referral business

• Stay up to date on Ford product knowledge and technology

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication

• Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of Automotive sales experience preferred or transferable experience

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills

• Professional appearance and valid driver’s license

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
