Senior Auto Sales Executive – Outside Sales & Account Generation, Apple Leasing

At Apple Leasing- Commercial Division, we’re redefining the commercial automotive and equipment sales experience. We’re an established leasing company looking for experienced sales executives to join our team. As we expand our reach and services, we’re looking for a high-performing Auto Sales Executive to drive our growth through outside sales and new account development. 
 
We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy automotive sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
 
Key Responsibilities:  
-Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial). 

-Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships. 

-Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. 

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools. 

-Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post-sale. 

-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

-Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory. 

Requirements: 

-This role will be considered remote, but the candidate must be able to make visits to the Austin office as needed.

-3+ years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial). 

-Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory-based account generation. 

-Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented. 

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. 

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 

-Ability to travel regionally as required. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

-Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients. 

-Experience with CRM systems.  

-Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus.
