Four Stars Toyota is seeking an experienced, driven servant-minded Sales Manager to join one of the strongest rural Toyota dealerships in the region.

 What You Will Do: 

- Lead the sales team with daily coaching, accountability, and motivation. 

- Drive sales performance, appointment setting, and close rates. 

- Ensure world-class customer experience at every touchpoint. 

- Work closely with the GM and ownership on strategy and execution. 

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales talent. 

- Maintain a disciplined, professional showroom environment. 

- Ensure accurate desking, deal structure, and workflow with F&I
