Title Administrative Support Specialist
Are you detail-oriented and experienced with vehicle titles? We’re looking for a Title Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth. In this vital clerical role, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing vehicle titles, ensuring accurate documentation for resale, and collaborating closely with our F&I and Sales teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Review incoming trade-in files to ensure correct reassignment documentation and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate with F&I and Sales staff about missing or incorrect documents and follow up until resolved.
• Submit and track applications for duplicate or missing titles.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding title status via phone and email.
• Update the accounting system with title status and distribute titles to the appropriate department.
• Accurately file and maintain title documents, troubleshooting issues with missing paperwork.
• Support the Assistant Controller and Controller with special title-related projects.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in a title role within a dealership, finance company, or credit union.
• Strong understanding of Texas title transfer procedures, including necessary forms and documentation.
• Familiarity with out-of-state title processes, especially for neighboring states.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive communication style.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Additional Details:
• This is an on-site role based in Fort Worth.
• Flexible schedule within the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
• Hourly rate: $20–$23, based on experience.
