Warranty Services Administrator
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative support? Our team is looking for a Warranty Services Administrator to join our Fort Worth office! This role plays a vital part in supporting our Warranty Manager and department operations, focusing on contract accuracy, reporting, customer coordination, and lender communication.
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Review and verify customer background reports
• Collaborate with agents and managers to resolve customer background issues
• Ensure product accuracy for lenders and warranty providers
• Reconcile service contract schedules weekly
• Prepare billing and accounting registers
• Track outstanding contracts and billing
• Follow up with lenders on cancellations and product status
• Assist F&I with contract reprints
• Maintain spreadsheets and run daily/monthly reports
• Scan contracts and maintain warranty files
• Communicate with banks, credit unions, and other parties regarding warranty collections
• Provide backup coverage at the front desk as needed
• Support various special projects and administrative tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in person)
• Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn dealer computer systems (training provided)
